Throwback Thursday: Holy Thursday

I thought I would upload these because while I originally did them for Christmas, they reminded me of the stained glass windows you see in church sometimes (which I really love and admire).

I would someday love to learn to do glass work and lead lighting but I have never had the chance.  The closest I have come is those 'crystal craft' kits I had as a kid (where you are given a frame and some crystals, put them in the oven and then 'Viola'!!!).

However, these designs were meant to be Christmas cards, with some cutouts.  Then, when I photographed them, I altered them digitally to change the look.  So now you get these beautiful designs.
