Made my first sale on Red Bubble

This is not much, but I had made my first ever sale via Red Bubble that I am aware of.

Here is what they had to say:

Hello again Colleen, You may remember that you recently made a sale on Red Bubble and as promised this is to signify that we have arranged the order to be shipped to your customer.
We’ve included this invoice for the fee incurred for the manufacturing of the product. Bear in mind, this invoice has been paid in full on your behalf to the manufacturer and you do not owe any money.
This invoice is solely for your records and no further action is required on your part. Perhaps you can post it on your bulletin as a testament to your hard work and success or perhaps you can put it in the bin for safekeeping, the choice is yours :)

The product?

I made a 'profit' of  $AU$3.46 - Considering the price is AU$23.34 and the manufacturing fee is AU$19.88 (of which the sales tax is $2.57), that is not a real lot.  If I am lucky, it may afford me a snack or a cheap meal (depending on where I shop).  But them's the breaks!!!  Still, it is better than nothing.

The customer is from Australia (from Victoria to be exact).  Pity I don't know who they are, because this means I can't thank them personally for their support/patronage.

And this may also be of interest: I did not know this but I made *two* sales back in 2016 for my Red and Blue Snail Shell design (spiral notebook).  The customer was from the USA apparently - they were from DC (wonder if it was Donald Trump - LOL; mind you, I would be flattered if anyone in the White House bought my stuff, regardless of what side of the political 'fence' they came from)!!!

But because I was without an email connection for a while, I was not even aware of this.  So, I guess it pays to have an email connection.

Anyway, to cut a long story short: I have made a *total* profit of AU$6.96 since then (maybe for a more 'expensive' meal, perhaps).

It may or may not happen, but a girl can only dream!!!  💭💭💭
