PART A

Well done validating your consumer profile with extensive research. You have identified trends and
consumer behaviour. You have looked at past marketing activities, analysed the organisation with a
SWOT analysis. Addressed legal and ethical issues regarding the collection of this data and marketing use.

PART B

You have given marketing recommendations using research and success of past examples. However
could back this up with strategies that address the innate and acquired needs of consumers and appeal
to the motives that influence their decision-making. In other words, why is direct mail still popular and preferred over email? Conducting your own interviews could help with this, gathering qualitative
research.
Could also contribute original, creative ideas of your own for future marketing strategies, not just what has been done in the past by the organisation.
