  • A very well researched presentation Colleen. 
  • You have covered the required criteria of the assessment well such as product description, consumer need with analysis of trends and past performance, profile of consumer income, family status, current market value, statement of alignment between product and consumer profile. 
  • You have backed up your research with appropriate referencing although I did have trouble checking the source of the Annual Report for the Financial Year Ended 28th June, 2015 with the provided link. You have drawn your own conclusions about the success of the printed direct mail (which I found very interesting) from your research, well done.
  • For the next assessment you will need to validate your research from secondary sources in this assessment by gathering data from primary sources such as surveys. 
  • I am not sure if you will focus this on businesses using the direct mail service (eg franchisees) or consumers that the direct mail is sent to you (eg Dominos customers). 
  • I would imagine targeting consumers would be more accessible for this activity than franchisees. Testing consumer attitudes to direct mail at the stage could be interesting too as a suggestion.
