I always loved radio - particularly specialist/special interest programs, and those featuring certain kinds of music. Back in 2001, I did a Radio Training Course with 2rrr (88.5 FM) and long back in the days before the Internet was a thing. I never was given any airtime, but that didn't stop me from tuning in to a few of my favourite programs on 2rrr, 2rdj, Triple J, Triple M, 2ser and so forth. So, earlier this year, I attended two workshops at Ultimo TAFE (next door to the UTS and across from the ABC). One was on starting your own online radio station, the other was on making your own radio ad. The above video shows me walking around the College Campus, showing my viewers what it is like at the college, and for anyone wanting to study Screen and Media at TAFE (and especially Journalism at Ultimo).
